Founder Trần Lê Minh Trúc wanted to create a community where coffee lovers could come together and celebrate the unique flavors of Vietnamese beans. What began as an online platform soon blossomed into a series of modern cafés in Ho Chi Minh City, each serving up not just great coffee, but a fresh perspective.

Every Half source beans directly from Vietnam's best coffee regions, ensuring quality and sustainability at every step. The result?
